A Call for Dignity

I had an unsettling experience today which showed me exactly how not to be in food service situations. Though I did speak up at that moment, the patron refused to see how their actions worsened the situation. In light of someone else’s deplorable and disappointing actions, I decided to write about why in these different times we must be more vigilant in how we treat others in service industries. We must restore dignity and humanity back to the role they serve in our economy, and not belittle them for desires we’ve yet to request.
