WOODSY is headed to Essence Festival of Culture 2025—and trust me, you’ll want to follow along for all the fun, the foolishness, and the unforgettable moments!
From July 3–6, New Orleans transforms into the ultimate celebration of Black excellence, culture, music, and empowerment. Essence Fest ’25 promises iconic performances, dynamic panels, and a star-studded guest list. Past festivals have featured legends like Janet Jackson, Lauryn Hill, Megan Thee Stallion, Issa Rae, and Vice President Kamala Harris—and this year’s lineup is expected to be just as electric.
I’ll be soaking it all in—Black joy in abundance, thought-provoking conversations, and maybe a few too many beignets.
