Good Friday

Good Friday isn’t flashy.

It doesn’t come with the celebration of Easter or the pageantry of Palm Sunday.
It’s quiet. Heavy. A sacred kind of stillness that makes you pause, whether you planned to or not.

Today, we remember a moment that changed everything — the crucifixion of Christ. But this isn’t just a story about suffering. It’s a story about surrender.

The kind of surrender that doesn’t mean weakness, but willingness.
To carry what’s uncomfortable.
To trust what’s unclear.
To hold on when everything in you wants to run.

Good Friday teaches us that some breakthroughs come wrapped in pain.
That sometimes the blessing is on the other side of what breaks us.

And if you’ve ever felt forgotten, betrayed, misunderstood, exhausted — you’re not alone.
Jesus knows.
The cross wasn’t just a symbol of sacrifice; it was a moment of shared humanity.
A moment where even the Divine felt the sting of silence, the ache of waiting, the cost of love.

But here’s the thing: Good Friday is not the end of the story.

It’s the middle.

It’s the part where all hope seems lost — before the stone is rolled away.
It’s the part where grief meets grace.
Where agony meets assignment.

So wherever you are today — broken, blessed, bitter, or barely hanging on — know this:

Resurrection is coming.

Let the silence today remind you that transformation doesn’t always make noise.
Sometimes, the greatest shifts happen in the dark.

Take a breath. Say a prayer. Lay it down. It’s Good Friday.
Sunday’s joy is on the way.
