Ron Scott interviews Reverend Barry Randolph of the Church of the Messiah, the Messiah Housing Corporation and Churches and Citizens United For Safety. Established by the Church of the Messiah in 1978, the Messiah Housing Corporation, a non-profit, manages more than 200 units of affordable housing in the Islandview Village community located on the east side of Detroit.
